Science tells us mindfulness can enhance children’s health and well-being. The “Chill-ax” session will introduce evidence-based mindfulness activities to help your child relax, quickly calming the body and mind to reduce stressful situations and experiences. Teaching your child strategies to calm down and relax can be helpful in a variety of situations, including daily stressors at school and difficulty falling asleep at night.
From breathing exercises to self-care, your child will learn relaxation techniques to promote positive behavior, good habits, and happiness.
