At Mindful Child Wellness, we want each of our students and parents to have all the information they need for paying for classes and therapy! We’ve included common questions about insurance below for your convenience.
- Can I pay for aerial yoga classes with my health savings account or flex savings account?

Yes, if you have a card linked to your health/flex savings account!
- What kind of insurance do you take?

We no longer accept insurance. For commercial insurances, we do not directly process claims. However, we can provide you with a super bill, which you can then submit to your insurance provider to seek reimbursement.
- Will insurance cover aerial yoga?

Our aerial yoga classes are for recreational fitness, not therapy. As such, they cannot be billed to insurance for reimbursement. However, we do accept payment from Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) if you have a card associated with your account.
- Will insurance cover occupational therapy?

Please note that we no longer bill insurance directly for mind-body or occupational therapy services. While we are an out-of-network provider, we can supply you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
