Helpful Tips

What should Girl Scouts wear?

Girl Scouts should wear comfortable activewear that allows them to move in the hammock. This means clothing that covers their shoulders and their knees, such as a fitted shirt and yoga pants, to protect their skin. Clothing should also be free of zippers, buckles, or snaps. We’ll ask them to remove their jewelry and their shoes before entering the studio.

What should we bring?

Girl Scouts will only need to bring a water bottle to keep them hydrated!

Will previous yoga or aerial yoga experience be necessary?

No experience is necessary for our aerial yoga classes! We can tailor your Girl Scouts event to your individual troop depending on their ages, experience level, and interests!

Our Policies

Make-Up & Cancellation Policy

Mindful Child Wellness has a NO refund or make-up policy for cancellations. Because we are setting aside studio space and time for your Girl Scout Troop, we want you to commit once you are registered.

Payment Policy

We require the troop leader to pay for the class participants in full at the time of registering. This guarantees your spot in our schedule!

Food & Beverage Policy

For safety and liability reasons, we ask that your own food and beverage be provided after your event at a different location. However, if a badge requires it, instructors may introduce Girl Scouts to mindful eating, usually with organic fruit.
