At Mindful Child we offer a whole-child approach to wellness. Our unique therapeutic technique utilizes many alternative and complementary therapies that are backed by neurological research. At Mindful Child, we work to find the root of the problem, not treat symptoms. Our integrative, health-based approach, combines neuro-sensory-motor techniques with growth mindset, positive psychology, nutrition, aromatherapy and relaxation training. All therapy sessions are play-based and the aerial yoga hammock is used as a therapeutic prop to enhance mindfulness, executive function, and relaxation.
