Sara English

Occupational Therapist

Sara English, MOT, OTR/L is a board-certified pediatric occupational therapist with over 22 years of experience supporting children and their families through holistic, developmentally informed care. She earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education from the University of Nebraska. Sara is licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri.

Sara has spent her entire career working with children and families. She has developed specialized expertise in sensory integration, behavior management, and supporting children with physical and developmental delays. She is certified in the SOS Approach to Feeding  and has extensive experience working with picky eaters and children with feeding challenges. Her additional training includes pediatric yoga and mindfulness practices, which she thoughtfully incorporates into her sessions to help children improve self-regulation, focus, and emotional well-being.Sara has a passion for working closely with children and their families, using an individualized, collaborative, play-based approach to help each child build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to thrive in daily life.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys working out, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
