Rachel Rumelhart, Occupational Therapist

Rachel Rumelhart, OTD, OTR/L, is a board-certified pediatric occupational therapist with experience in both outpatient and school-based settings. She values functional, individualized interventions that support children and their families in achieving meaningful goals. Rachel earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology with a focus on neurodevelopment. She is licensed to practice in Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa.

Rachel has specialized training in primitive reflex integration, including MNRI Dynamic and Postural Reflex Integration and MNRI Neurotactile Integration. Using a holistic, whole-person approach, she helps children integrate reflexes to improve functional skills and emotional regulation. She also has experience supporting children with sensory processing challenges, fine motor delays, visual processing deficits, and behavioral concerns. Rachel is passionate about partnering with families, providing education and play-based strategies that empower parents to support their child’s growth and success in everyday environments.
