How Training Works
1
Choose Your Training! Do One or All Four!
We offer four unique training modules, each focusing on a different aspect of children’s yoga. Whether you’re just starting or looking to expand your expertise, there’s something for everyone:
1️⃣ Module 1: Learn the basics of kids’ yoga and mindfulness, perfect for building a strong foundation.
2️⃣ Module 2: Gain tools and strategies for teaching neurodivergent children with care and confidence.
3️⃣ Module 3: Explore advanced concepts, including how to incorporate social-emotional learning in fun and engaging ways.
4️⃣ Module 4: Take it to the skies with our aerial yoga training, adding a whole new dimension to your teaching!
The first three modules are land-based, while the fourth introduces the exciting world of aerial yoga. Choose one or complete all four to become a well-rounded kids’ yoga instructor!
2
Earn Continuing Education or 95-Hour Certification with Yoga Alliance
Our trainings are designed to help you grow as a yoga instructor while meeting Yoga Alliance requirements:
- Complete the first three modules with mentorship to earn your 95-hour Yoga Alliance certification.
- Alternatively, complete all four modules without mentorship to achieve the same certification.
- Each module also qualifies for 25 hours of continuing education through Yoga Alliance, allowing you to enhance your skills at your own pace.
Choose the path that works best for you and take your teaching to the next level!
3
1:1 Mentorship for Personalized Support
Opt for mentorship instead of completing all four modules and work directly with Dr. Tracy to deepen your expertise in kids’ yoga. 🌟
- Focus on the specific areas where you need extra guidance.
- Gain hands-on experience through practice teaching.
- Meet 1:1 with Dr. Tracy to complete the additional 20 hours required for the 95-hour Children’s Yoga Specialty Certification through Yoga Alliance.
