A yoga posture should be easily held. If it’s too hard or if it hurts, your child should stop! It is important in aerial yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day. We recommend supervising your child during online classes especially during the aerial yoga instruction.
By registering for our online classes, the parent or guardian understands that Aerial Yoga and Mindfulness are not a substitute for medical treatment. In the case where your child has an injury, sickness or anything else that may be affected by physical activity, make sure you have consulted with a physician to ensure your child can participate in aerial yoga, mindfulness, and yoga exercises with the yoga hammock.
Once you have registered your child to participate in the online aerial yoga class you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Dr. Tracy L. Daniel, and/or Mindful Child employees. Mindful Child is not responsible for injury or damages that your child may sustain as a result of participating in the online aerial yoga class/session.
